MAKING A PURCHASE
Browse the Gallery selecting each item you wish to buy, making sure you choose the correct quantity and option. Add each item to your 'shopping cart'.
After placing an item into the shopping cart select "CONTINUE SHOPPING" to return to the on-line shop and continue browsing. If you want to order more items continue adding your selections to your 'shopping cart'. You will need to make all your selections before you complete an order form. When you have made all your selections select your method of payment and continue to the next page to fill in your details on the order form:
PAYPAL - You can pay online using 'PayPal'. You do not need a 'PayPal' account and can use the generally accepted credit or debit cards. Click the 'PayPal Payment' button and you will be transferred to the 'PayPal' payments website.
CHEQUE BY POST - Print off your order form and post it, with your cheque (or POSTAL ORDER) payable to 'PAUL ATCHINSON', to 35(b) Derby Road, Eastwood, NOTTINGHAM, NG16 3NZ.
Your items will be sent to you once your cheque or postal order has cleared

PAYMENT
All payments are in Sterling (GB Pounds).
Cheques should also be in Sterling (GB pounds) and made payable to 'PAUL ATCHINSON'. Please include your name and address on the back of your cheque.
All prices are subject to confirmation. Value Added Tax is not applicable.
All orders are subject to availability. I will keep you informed of any delays or in the case of items which have sold out.
DELIVERY
With the exception of original paintings, items will be sent out to you promptly and normally within a maximum of 14 days. If you pay by cheque goods will be sent out once your cheque has cleared.
Exact delivery times depend on the method used to deliver your items. I cannot guarantee any delivery times, nor can I be held responsible for delayed deliveries.
PRICES INCLUDE THE COST OF PACKAGING AND POSTAGE WITHIN THE UK.

PRIVACY
This site uses 'cookies' as part of the online shop facility. If 'cookies' have been disabled, or not allowed in your browser preferences your shopping cart will always show as being 'Empty'. I collect only the details necessary for us to process your order, and for no other purpose and no personal details are collected other than those necessary to complete any order you may make. Any information you provide is treated in the strictest confidence. No information is passed to any third party.
CANCELLATION
You have the right to cancel your order with me, in accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. You can exercise this right within seven working days, beginning the day after you receive the goods. You must take reasonable care of the Goods whilst they are in your possession and they must be returned to me in a re-saleable condition, not defaced or damaged in any way. You are responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted items, or the direct cost of collection of such items by me.
Once notified of your intent to cancel I will refund your original method of payment within 30 days. I will refund the actual cost of the item. THE COST OF POSTAGE AND PACKAGING IS NOT REFUNDABLE. If you wish to exercise this right you must send your notification of cancellation to me by post, fax or e-mail me within the seven day period.
FAULTY GOODS
If items are damaged, especially if they appear to have been damaged in the post, please contact me as soon as possible after you receive them. I will offer you a choice of either a replacement OR refund of the full purchase price (including postage if applicable) upon receipt of the returned goods. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
RETURNS
If you decide you not wish to keep the item, outside the cancellation period as described above, I will be happy to consider exchanging them providing they are UNOPENED AND IN ORIGINAL CONDITION and are returned to me within 30 days of delivery, and that you agree to pay the cost of returning the original purchase(s) and of delivery of the replacement(s). Please don't send items back to me without contacting me first. I recommend that any items you return to me are sent by recorded delivery, or registered post and are securely and safely packaged. Please include a copy of your receipt, your name and address and a contact telephone number or e-mail address.
COMPLAINTS
I want you to be entirely happy with your purchase(s) and if you have any complaints, or suggestions, please contact me and I will try my best to resolve any problems to your complete satisfaction.

I endeavour to ensure that all the information displayed on my website and in my literature is accurate. I cannot accept responsibility for the contents of any links from my site.
