Bennerley viaduct in late 1950's/early 1960'. Crossing the viaduct is an L1 tank with a Grantham bound local passenger service meeting an O4 2-8-0 with iron ore destined for Stanton. Heading north on the Midand line is a 'Peak' diesel passing an 8F 2-8-0 with colliery empties. All under the watchful eyes of a couple of trainspotters." |
